Weekly CQC meets every Tuesday and Thursday night from 7-10pm.
These meets allow students to train on a regular basis. Each meet is
different. It allows us to engrain old techniques and learn new ones.
We often train in the dark or with ambient light,, and we also train
inside a 4x8 foot padded 'room of doom' which helps simulates being
attacked in a bathroom stall, stairwell or between two parked cars.
We also train:
Sparring
Sticks
Ground Combatives
Cost of these meets: $50 a month.
