LMI offers weekly Hand to Hand Combative meets every Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7-10pm in Solon, Ohio.
Attending an 8 hour course of combatives is great and gives you many new skills, however, if you do not practice these skills, you can loose them.
These meets give students an opportunity to train on a weekly basis. This is where we can learn new techniques and engrain old techniques
Each meet is different. We incorporate Strobe lights, Loud music, low and no light, rain, snow, and just about anything else that we can come up with to help simulate real world environments.
We get into light to hard sparring so mouth pieces, head gear and open fingered gloves are required for those who wish to train for more than two months.
cost: $50 month.
